It’s that time of the year again, fresh BC salmon is all over the markets.
Our chefs & cooks have been busy scaling & cutting fish for all of our public house menus.
On a daily basis I’m in contact with our local fisherman Steve Johannsen of Organic Ocean who supplies us with fresh local salmon amongst other seafood.
Steve lets me know what’s coming in and what he’s already sold out of!!
Fresh salmon is so versatile and delicious, eaten raw or slow cooked in your oven you can’t go wrong.
Our public house menus are featuring a delicious roasted salmon salad with great market vegetables.
