To apply for a spot on the Guest List, please complete the following form entirely - Maximum of 6 names per request or up to 15 for 'All Ladies' Occasions.
*Please note for groups larger than 6 people, please submit multiple lists.

Terms

Guest list is upon approval and is valid for priority entry, subject to capacity

• Please note the guest list cut-off times and please arrive EARLY
• Late-arriving guests are not always guaranteed entry, please arrive EARLY
• All visitors must bring two (2) pieces of valid government issued (Driver’s License or BCID) to enter
• As Bar Watch policy, identification will be scanned
• Gang members & affiliates are not welcome

Dress Code

No attire which depicts violence, guns, or weapons of any kind

• No gang-affiliated colours/clothing
• No sleeveless shirts, sweatpants, or work-out gear

Please drink responsibly and plan for a safe ride home.

Lunch and dinner reservations are highly recommended. Guest services will be in touch about your table reservation request within 24 hours. Please note, that our reservation policy can change depending on special events

Guest list includes one complimentary cover charge pass and VIP entry for your entire group.

For an All Ladies Birthday Event, your group will receive two complimentary cover charge passes and the rest of your group will receive VIP cover charge with guest list.

*Note that groups throwing fundraisers retain 100% of the funds raised.
